Homeowners at the Gardens at Arbor Springs benefit from being 10 minutes to first-class healthcare. The new Piedmont Newnan Hospital opened its state of the art facility in 2012, and in 2016 was awarded the Women’s Choice Award as one of America’s Best Hospitals for Patient Safety.

The Gardens at Arbor Springs is 23 miles (approximately 25 minutes) south of Atlanta's Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.

Just down the street is the Coweta Club at Arbor Springs Plantation, which has a full golf course and restaurant.

The community is also close to Serenbe, a master-planned community with dining, art, fitness, hospitality and shopping options.

Newnan's charm stems from its deep historical roots in the downtown district. With more than 11,000 housing units, many people have chosen to call Newnan home. Newnan offers city parks, plenty of shopping and dining options as well as special events such as the Taste of Newnan and the Art Walk on the Square.

Newnan is located in Coweta County, and generally, property taxes in Coweta County are about 30% less than Fulton County’s.

The City of Newnan was incorporated in 1828, and prospered because of the cotton industry and later the railroad industry. Newnan is known as the “City of Homes”, because many historic homes, including landmarks that predate the Civil War, still line the streets of Newnan today. From 2000 to 2010, the population of city of Newnan grew by 42.7%.
